All pieces come packaged in a pouch. Free express shipping via Australia Post within Australia and free shipping worldwide.

Brass and Copper pieces are nickel free. Earring posts are sterling silver thus nickel free.

PRICING

All our pricing and freight charges are quoted in $ AUD.

We use Stripe and Paypal which is a safe and secure way to pay for your order.

All currency exchange rates are processed through Paypal.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your purchase for another product, please contact us within 14 days from the date of purchase. No exchange on sale items.

If we authorise a return or exchange, the item must be returned securely packaged via Express Post.
You are liable for the product until it arrives at our studio.
Once the product is received and has undergone a quality control check to ensure the product has not been worn, the new product will be dispatched.

Please note that customers will be charged a delivery fee for the exchange.

International returns must be marked accordingly on the courier company consignment so that the products do not attract possible customs duties and taxes again.

FAULTY ITEMS

We will either assess the fault from your email or may request the item to be returned to us for assessment.

Should the fault be found to be with Alexandra Blak we will either repair, replace or refund you for the item as well as the return postage incurred.
